Vance: Trump to invoke Defense Production Act to expand oil refinery in Texas

Vice President JD Vance announced Tuesday that President Donald Trump is invoking the Defense Production Act to expand the Delek oil refinery in Tyler, Texas.

Vance was in Tyler to campaign for Ken Paxton and other Republican candidates when he made the announcement.
